What this service is

northwavegroups is an editorial guide to twenty hotels, published as a set of static pages in English. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Not a travel agent

The site is informational and editorial. We are not a travel agent, a tour operator or an intermediary. We take no bookings, hold no reservations, process no payments and pass no enquiries to any hotel. Any arrangement you make is between you and the hotel.

Grouping is editorial

The six groups are our own reading. They are not an official classification, a standard, a certification or an award, and they express no ranking. Placing a hotel in a group says only that it shares one stated trait with the others in that group.

Accuracy

Entries are written from published material and re-read by hand, with the month of the last reading printed at the end of each entry. Buildings, names and operators change. We give no warranty that any statement is current, complete or free of error, and the site publishes no opening times and no schedules.

No advice

Nothing on this site is advice to buy, book or travel. There are no prices, no ratings and no availability here, and no text should be read as a recommendation to spend money.

Where we link outside the site, we do not control the destination and are not responsible for its content, its terms or its handling of your data.

Copyright

Text, page design and code are ours unless stated otherwise. Photographs remain with their authors and are used with permission or under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link; wholesale copying is not permitted.

Corrections

Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed against a published source. A hotel may write about its own entry at any time, including about its name or its operator, and we will check and amend where the correction holds.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on any statement in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force, and continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of it.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher of this site. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

The Casino Hotels section

The four resorts in that section are described as buildings and sites. The gaming floor is not described, assessed or promoted, and this site carries no links to gambling operators, applications or promotions. Casinos are for adults only, and the minimum age depends on where you are.
